In this salaried GP role, you will join Furnace House Surgery to provide high-quality primary care across a 15,000-patient list. You will work with a supportive, multidisciplinary team and benefit from flexible sessions (6–8 per week) and mentorship for newly qualified GPs. Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload with a wide range of primary care needs
- Conduct surgery and telephone consultations, home visits, and issue prescriptions
- Make autonomous clinical decisions and assess undifferentiated problems
- Develop care plans and provide health education
- Prescribe within formulary guidelines and refer appropriately
- Support training doctors and provide clinical supervision
- Contribute to audits, governance, and policy development
- Participate in on-call duties and ensure documentation quality
