Seasonal Kitchen Chef de Partie | Farm-to-Table

The Field Farmshop – Flax Bourton is seeking an energetic Chef de Partie to lead a section within our farmshop and kitchen team. You will cook and present dishes to a high standard, using seasonal ingredients from our own farm where possible, while supporting a smooth service.

You will collaborate with the Head Chef and wider team, ensure hygiene and safety standards, and mentor junior chefs. This permanent role starts September 2026 with excellent perks and a welcoming work environment.
