Warehouse Operative – 12-Hour Shifts, Temp-to-Perm

HRGO is recruiting for 12-hour shift roles on the Deeside Industrial Estate. The site operates on a 4-on, 4-off schedule with alternating day and night shifts from 7:00 to 19:00 and 19:00 to 07:00.

No prior experience is required; training is provided. Duties include foot picking with handheld scanners, packing, labelling, and using sortation machinery to hit KPI targets. Temporary-to-perm opportunities with onsite parking.
