Product Developer

Overview

In this role you will lead profitable Ninja product programmes for the UK and mainland Europe, acting as the market expert and guiding launches. You’ll support NPD initiatives from concept through mass production, collaborating with global teams to define consumer targets and KPIs. You’ll conduct market research to identify needs and gaps, ensure regional compliance, and drive validation and product collateral. This position offers hands-on cross-functional influence and a clear path to impact in a fast-growing consumer goods environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and profitable programmes for Ninja products in UK/Europe
• Guide NPD lifecycle from brainstorm to mass production
• Collaborate with global product development on definitions, targets, and KPIs
• Conduct market research to identify consumer needs and gaps
• Advocate for regional compliance and nuances with cross-functional teams
• Lead Holiday Morning reviews with PMO, Engineering, and global PD
• Develop validation plans using SharkNinja methodologies for touchpoints and OOBE
• Create and manage product support materials (in-box collateral, FAQs, videos, scripts)
• Maintain data integrity for PARF, PIS, Salsify across the cycle
• Coordinate cost targets and trade-offs with Supply Chain and Engineering
• Document programme details and maintain organized handover to COE 90 days post MP

Key requirements

• 2–4 years in product development, product marketing, marketing, human factors engineering, or related field
• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, Management, Engineering, or related
• 100% consumer-first perspective on new/improved products
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for all management levels
• Solid project management with ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects
• Willingness to mentor junior associates
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Resourceful, organized, dependable, detail-oriented
• Willingness to travel
