Overview

As Director of Data Science, you will shape and scale a high-impact AI-first data science organization that ships real products for financial professionals. You’ll lead multiple data-science leaders, partner with product and software teams, and drive a strategic vision that blends classical ML with GenAI. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on delivering value to external customers and enabling internal teams to work effectively at scale. Responsibilities

• Define and execute a strategic data science vision
• Hire, develop and coach diverse data science leaders and teams
• Provide technical mentorship while empowering teams to make decisions
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Software Engineering leaders to define roadmaps
• Foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment

Key requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or related field, or equivalent work experience
• At least 5 years shipping machine learning models across the full product development lifecycle
• At least 2 years leading data science/machine learning teams indirectly (managing managers)
