Project Director (Cost Management) – Data Centre (CSA)

In this role you drive cost management for large-scale data centre projects and help establish Turner & Townsend as the leading Hi-Tech consultancy across EMEA. You’ll work with country P&L owners to align sector ambitions with operations and contribute to a growth-focused business plan targeting >20% yearly expansion. You’ll leverage an established industry network to manage complex programmes and set the standard for delivery in a fast-evolving sector. Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale data centre projects and programmes
• Develop and deliver a business plan targeting >20% annual growth
• Collaborate with country P&L owners to align sector goals with operations
• Strengthen Turner & Townsend’s position as the top Hi-Tech construction consultancy in EMEA

Key requirements

• >10 years’ experience in Data Centre or similar projects
• Established industry supply chain network
• Strong understanding of European design/code requirements and industry trends
• Proven track record managing large projects or programmes
• Experience with various procurement methods and contract forms
• Degree in construction and/or engineering
• Professional memberships desirable
