Lead Sous Chef – London, Mon–Fri, Dynamic Kitchen Leader

Chartwells Independent in London is seeking a hands-on Sous Chef to lead daily kitchen operations, support the Head Chef, and ensure consistently high standards of food safety and service quality across all meals. You will mentor junior staff, enforce brand standards, and maintain excellent food hygiene and portion control in a busy contract catering environment.
