Care Home Property & Grounds Technician (30h)

OakRay Care Group Ltd is seeking a Property Maintenance Person for Glynn Court Care Home in Fordingbridge. The role covers general maintenance to keep the building and grounds safe, functional and well presented. It is a 30-hour per week position.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a maintenance-related field, basic electrical skills, a toolkit, and the ability to maintain garden areas with gardening equipment. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK, without sponsorship.
