Care Home Facilities Technician – Maintenance & Safety

Ad Warrior Ltd is seeking a Maintenance Operative for Hopton Cottage, a residential care home in Mirfield. You will perform a range of maintenance tasks to keep the building and grounds safe, clean and welcoming for residents, families and staff.

Salary £13-£15 per hour depending on experience, with on-site work. Duties include planned preventive work, safety checks, small-scale decorating, minor plumbing, and supervising outside contractors as needed.
