Overview

In this hybrid AI Product Engineer role, you will help Capital on Tap accelerate product delivery by building agentic systems and orchestration. You will work at the intersection of engineering and product to enable AI tooling and practices across the business, supporting faster shipping and better customer outcomes. You will contribute to the internal AI enablement hub and ensure high-quality AI-powered features with robust testing and verification. This role offers the chance to shape how the company uses AI to scale impact in a fast-growing fintech environment. Responsibilities

• Develop agentic systems and orchestration layers to accelerate shipping
• Build and maintain the internal AI enablement hub (AI on Tap) to track agents, costs, and readiness across codebases
• Integrate agentic testing and verification tools within the CI/CD pipeline to enable faster deployments
• Own build-vs-buy evaluations from evaluation through team buy-in
• Address tech debt and unblock broader engineering and product initiatives to reach an agentic future

Key requirements

• Hands-on experience in C#, .NET
• Strong testing practices (Unit and Integration testing)
