Care Home Maintenance Technician | Flexible Hours

St Philip’s Care in Chilton is seeking a Maintenance Operative to assist in day-to-day maintenance of the home, its services and grounds, ensuring safety and functionality.

Reporting to the Care Centre Manager, you will carry out general maintenance, keep the home in good decorative order, supervise outside contractors and monitor energy use. A flexible approach and ability to prioritise work are essential, along with DIY skills and the ability to maintain accurate records.
