Overview
In this role, you will lead the organisation’s corporate services, shaping financial sustainability, governance, people, IT, and business support to enable growth. You’ll partner with the Board and Executive Team to steer risk, compliance, and strategic planning while fostering a high-performing, inclusive culture. Responsibilities
- Strategic leadership of corporate services (finance, governance, people, technology, and business support) to align with organisational goals
- Oversee financial performance, budgeting, business planning, and treasury management for sustainability
- Lead governance, risk, and compliance, providing assurance to Board and executives and ensuring regulatory obligations are met
- Develop systems and processes to improve decision-making, efficiency, and continuous improvement
- Lead people strategy and team development, building a positive, inclusive, high-performing culture
Key requirements
- Qualified accountant with senior leadership experience in finance, preferably in regulated or not-for-profit sectors
- Broad strategic leadership with awareness of technology or governance advantageous
- Strong financial acumen including long-term planning, risk management, and stakeholder management
- Excellent communication and influencing skills to engage Boards, regulators, funders, and executives
