Senior Building Surveyor – Hybrid, Pension & Car Allowance

TED Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Senior Building Surveyor in the City of London for a growing team. You should have around five years of building surveying experience and be keen to become RICS qualified, with APC support provided.

The role covers cladding remediation, fire reinstatement, contract administration, project management, and survey/report writing across projects in student accommodation, affordable housing, regeneration, and education. Hybrid working is available.
