Overview

In this role you drive trusted advisory relationships with priority GSIs in EMEA, shaping multi-year technology bets around Google Cloud. You will combine deep domain expertise in public cloud and enterprise technology with executive-level engagement to co-create scalable, enterprise-grade solutions. You’ll align GSI partners with Google Cloud capabilities, guiding integration strategies and architectures for complex mega-agreements. You work cross-functionally with Google Cloud teams to deliver replicable assets and strategic programs, while representing Google Cloud at conferences and with partners. This role involves significant travel and you’ll help advance Gemini Enterprise AI funding.

Responsibilities

  • Build trusted advisory relationships with priority GSIs in EMEA and engage senior technical leaders to secure multi-year technology bets
  • Provide domain expertise on public cloud and enterprise technology and promote Google Cloud with partners, at events and online
  • Advise on integration strategies, enterprise architectures for partners, platforms, and application infrastructure for complex GSI mega-agreements
  • Manage the enterprise architecture relationship with GSI partners, collaborating with Google Cloud Platform CEs, PAs, product management, and technical teams to create large-scale assets
  • Serve as the technical gatekeeper for Gemini Enterprise AI funding
  • Travel to customer sites, conferences, and related events as needed (approximately 50%)
  • Lead joint business planning with GSIs and coordinate across EMEA regions to articulate value and execute engagements
  • Own the technical capability and multi-year bets for the GSI tasks, partnering with EMEA PDMs and cross-functional teams

Key requirements

  • Bachelor in Computer Science or related technical field; equivalent practical experience
  • 10 years as an enterprise architect or in a customer-facing role
  • Experience with cloud market insights and cloud computing across applications, infrastructure, storage, platforms, or data
  • Experience engaging with and presenting to technical stakeholders and executive leaders
  • Experience with modern AI paradigms, generative AI, and data technologies, including reviewing technical solutions
