Overview

In this role you lead high-stakes commercial litigation work within a growing City firm and shape the disputes team’s capability. You will supervise solicitors and support staff, driving strategic growth and visibility for the practice. The position offers autonomy, an equity pathway, and a modern Central London home base with hybrid working. You will leverage your experience to win high-quality disputes work and influence firm expansion in a collaborative, ambitious culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead on high-quality Commercial Litigation matters
• Supervise Commercial Litigation Solicitors
• Oversee a similar number of support staff
• Play a key role in the strategic growth of the disputes team

Key requirements

• 10+ years’ PQE, qualified in England & Wales
• Strong academic background
• Majority of experience in commercial/general litigation within a small to mid-sized firm
• Proven supervision and leadership experience
• Commercially astute with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Clear, confident communicator with strong business development ability
