Overview
As Project Engineer you will coordinate design and engineering activities to deliver project deliverables on time and to contract. You will act as the liaison between departments, project managers, and clients to translate specifications into technical execution. You will work in a regulated nuclear environment, focusing on safety, quality, and risk management across the project lifecycle. This role sits at the intersection of design, manufacturing support, and stakeholder management, shaping successful project outcomes. You’ll contribute to Framatome’s mission to advance safe, reliable, and economical low-carbon energy at Sizewell and beyond.

Responsibilities
- Confirm client specifications with project team and engineering disciplines
- Create technical and execution documentation and deliverables
- Coordinate design requirements with the design team (drawings, tools/equipment, materials, lifecycle design needs)
- Liaise with Project Controls on schedule, risks, and reporting
- Ensure technical support and adherence to best practices, meeting customer requirements and minimising business risks
- Develop manufacturing support and monitoring activities
- Support client and stakeholder relationships including third parties/vendors
- Coordinate with Quality Manager to investigate NCRs and support close-out
- Coordinate with HSE Manager to identify design aspects promoting safe construct and operation
- Deliver outputs: clear technical scope, on-time documentation, aligned execution, effective project controls input, safe lifecycle focus
