D365 Finance & Operations Application Support Engineer

Overview

In this role you will be the front line for D365 Finance & Operations support, addressing tickets from international users and providing hands-on configurations, user training, and documentation. You’ll help scale and secure a cloud-based ERP environment across Europe and APAC as part of a global IT and ERP team. You will contribute to process guidelines and stay current with D365 standards to reduce errors and improve operations. This position offers exposure to a large, multi-region transformation project and a chance to shape how the business runs on D365 FO.

Responsibilities

• Handle ERP support tickets for Europe & APAC, providing timely guidance and solutions
• Perform hands-on system setups and configurations as needed
• Continuously train and support business users to minimise errors
• Document processes, guidelines, and best practices for future reference
• Stay updated on industry trends and D365 standards and technologies
• Collaborate with the International IT team, key business users, support partners, and the infrastructure team
• Support the ongoing upgrade and transformation of subsidiaries on D365 FO

Key requirements

• Minimum three years of D365 Finance & Operations support experience
• Experience with order processing management within D365 FO
• Solid knowledge of sales and distribution processes
• Fluent in English; additional European language a plus
• Knowledge of D365 Retail and commerce (desirable)
• Microsoft certification for D365 Finance & Operations (desirable)
