On-Site Photonics Characterisation Engineer

Salience Labs is seeking a Photonic Characterisation Engineer to drive experimental characterisation of advanced integrated photonic devices. You will design and run experiments, operate optical test equipment, analyse data with Python, and automate data collection workflows in a hands-on lab role.

You will work across die- and wafer-level tests, translating results into engineering insights for photonics design, manufacturing and system testing teams.
