As BIM Manager, you will lead the UK Digital Engineering capabilities, guiding the BIM team and advancing R&D and training. You will shape performance improvements across projects, with a focus on data centre and laboratory initiatives, while engaging directly with clients. The role sits in a growing London office, aligned with an international consultancy known for large-scale MEP and data centre work. You’ll drive cross‑functional collaboration and elevate BIM standards to support the expansion of the UK operation.

Responsibilities

• Lead UK Digital Engineering capabilities and BIM strategy
• Manage and develop the UK BIM team, plus R&D, training and performance improvements
• Support client-facing activities and act as BIM liaison on projects
• Advise on and oversee BIM workflows for MEP Design across data centre and laboratory projects
• Contribute to the London office expansion and capability growth
