You will lead HVAC upgrade projects within hospitals and public buildings from award to commissioning and handover, supporting a large UK energy centre project. Based in London, you will work with a cross-functional team to deliver complex mechanical building services upgrades on time and within budget. Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of HVAC upgrade projects from award to commissioning and handover
- Manage project scope, budget, schedule and resources for building services initiatives
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across hospitals and public buildings
- Ensure compliance with codes, standards and regulatory requirements
- Monitor progress and report on project performance to stakeholders
- Support commissioning, handover, and closeout activities for energy centre projects
- Provide leadership and direction to project teams in a live operational environment
Key requirements
- 10+ years of experience in mechanical building services engineering
- Strong understanding of codes, standards, and regulations
- Excellent project management and leadership skills
- Proven track record delivering complex engineering projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Experience in live operational environments; airport experience preferred but not essential
