Contracts Manager – Construction

Overview

In this role you will lead end-to-end delivery of passive fire construction projects in London, coordinating site operations and stakeholder liaison to protect client interests and project outcomes. You will supervise trades, manage direct and sub-contract labour, and oversee site budgets to support the company’s growth and strong reputation. The position sits in the project management team and reports to the Head of Contracts. This is a hands-on, impact-driven role for someone with passive fire project experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site activity and liaise with internal and external stakeholders
• Manage all site trades, direct and sub-contract labour
• Own site budget management and cost control
• Deliver end-to-end project delivery from site start-up to completion
• Coordinate with the client to ensure expectations and deliverables are met

Key requirements

• Experience delivering passive fire projects
• Knowledge of relevant regulations
• SMSTS card holding (or similar)
• Previous roles including Contracts Manager, Project Manager, Construction Manager, Passive Fire Contractor, Operations Manager, Site Manager or similar
