Senior Product Designer

Overview

In this role you help Dalet evolve into a design-led, product-focused organization by building a unified design system and enterprise UI. You will work closely with product and engineering to scale patterns, deliver data-heavy workflows, and ensure accessibility. You’ll mentor teammates and contribute to a cutting-edge design culture that leverages AI tooling. Responsibilities

• Lead full-spectrum discovery through user research and data analysis to inform execution
• Scale foundational patterns into a token-driven component library and unified design system across Flex, Pyramid and Dalia
• Create enterprise UI that translates complex, data-heavy workflows into intuitive, responsive layouts
• Maintain high design quality and accessibility (WCAG 2.2 AA) and mentor team members

Key requirements

• Advanced Figma engineering (auto-layout, variables, code-aware component systems)
