Overview

As an Implementation Specialist in Corpay’s SVS division, you will lead the onboarding of gift card products for clients, coordinating with Sales, Account Management, IT and other teams. You’ll manage multiple implementations, define project plans, identify risks, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery. You will train customers, provide ongoing product support, and explore expansion opportunities. This role combines client-facing work with process improvement in a fast-paced environment, helping clients realize value from SVS solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of the implementation process from requirements gathering to delivery
  • Create and maintain project plans, identify risks, and meet deadlines
  • Communicate with clients, project teams, and stakeholders; provide regular internal updates
  • Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, IT, and other departments to avoid timeline disruptions
  • Facilitate on-site or virtual project meetings and training sessions
  • Publish standard PM communications (notes, plans, milestones) and track progress
  • Escalate account or project issues to internal stakeholders as needed
  • Assist customers with platform adoption and best practices to maximize business value
  • Coordinate with internal support teams for timely resolution of inquiries
  • Work with peers to improve the implementation process and drive efficiencies
  • Support client reviews and identify expansion opportunities with Account Managers

Key requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred (Business Administration or Computer Science)
  • Minimum 2 years related experience
  • Familiarity with project management software/tools
  • Knowledge of web applications; web design preferred
  • General IT knowledge of systems, software/hardware, and connectivity
  • Strong personal organization and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to learn SVS products and advise clients consultatively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
