Senior UX Designer – Holborn London

Overview

In this role you will lead UX design efforts at our London design and innovation centre, guiding projects from concept to delivery. You will collaborate with engineers, product managers and business analysts to shape digital products, run workshops, and drive user-centered outcomes. You’ll prototype and test ideas, advocating for quality UX both internally and with clients. This is a chance to influence product direction in a fast-paced, cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

• Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data to define personas, use cases, user journeys and information architecture
• Create prototypes from high-level business, functional, and technical requirements
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product Management to realize and deliver creative solutions
• Complement user stories with design output alongside business analysts
• Coordinate with Project Manager and team to align sprint planning and backlog
• Stay updated on latest practices and technologies to inspire ideas
• Act as design and UX advocate internally and with clients
• Engage directly with clients on project scope and expectations

Key requirements

• 3+ years UX design experience with reputable clients
• Solid understanding of UX processes
• Experience in interface design for desktop, tablet and enterprise software
• Experience in an Agile environment and meeting strict deadlines
• Proven design track record
• Experience in designing user flows, wireframes and implementation guidance
• Ability to define metrics and evaluate project success
• Portfolio of UX and design work
