Responsibilities
- Draft and review legal documents and agreements for structured products
- Lead negotiations with counterparties and advise clients
- Draft initial drafts of agreements and negotiate structured product documents
- Manage assigned projects and liaise with colleagues, clients, and other advisers
- Contribute to department know-how and provide client presentations
- Work with minimal supervision and take the lead on client matters
Key requirements
- Post-qualification experience in international finance transactions (preferably structured products) at a reputable international law firm
- Strong organisational and transaction management skills
- Excellent academic track record
