Revenue Growth Manager – (Finance Lead)

Department: Commercial Finance

Location: Uxbridge

We’re looking for a commercially focused Revenue Growth Manager to partner with our UK & Ireland Commercial teams, driving revenue growth, margin improvement and better commercial decision‑making.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the development and maintenance of Customer Cost & Value Models
• Provide financial leadership on customer tenders, pricing and revenue growth opportunities
• Analyse volume, price, mix and margin performance to identify risks and opportunities
• Support forecasting, budgeting and commercial planning activities
• Review customer trading agreements, promotional spend and rebates
• Challenge and support Commercial teams to improve profitability and margin performance

What You’ll Bring

• Qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA)
• Strong commercial finance and revenue management experience
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
• FMCG experience (desirable)
