Software Business Analyst – Fintech

Overview

In this role you will shape requirements and drive technical specifications for a brand-new e-factoring platform and CRM. You’ll work closely with business and IT teams to translate needs into functional and technical designs, while guiding agile delivery. You join a high-impact fintech project aiming to transform factoring and invoicing processes. Responsibilities

• Lead discussions to capture priorities, processes and requirements through group sessions or interviews
• Gather and translate business requirements into functional/technical specifications and test plans
• Analyze and document business processes; secure sign-off on specifications with product and project teams
• Document functional requirements and technical designs clearly and concisely
• Evaluate options to deliver technical solutions within scope and budget
• Act as the liaison between business, customers, development team and third parties throughout the development lifecycle

Key requirements

• 4 years commercial experience as a technical or software business analyst
• Experience at a software house or vendor
• Experience of the Software Development Lifecycle
• Strong Agile background
• Experience documenting requirements and specifications for software/web/mobile applications (business, functional, technical)
• Technical background with software industry experience
• Excellent communication, organisation, presentation and analytical skills
• Familiar with Salesforce data transformation and migration, Salesforce API and integration
• Hands-on experience delivering solutions on the Force.com Platform
