Overview
In this Senior Associate role, you will support a leading London real estate team across a wide range of commercial real estate transactions. You will work with cross-border colleagues on UK and international matters, including development, joint ventures, and acquisitions/disposals. The position offers exposure to asset/portfolio management and landlord-tenant advisory within a globally expanding practice. You will help shape high-stakes deals and contribute to an award-winning legal service.

Responsibilities
- Handle a variety of commercial real estate transactions (acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures)
- Draft, review and negotiate sale/purchase contracts, transfers, easements, licences, and leases
- Perform due diligence and certificates/reports on title
- Support asset/portfolio management and landlord/tenant leasing advice
- Collaborate with project teams across construction, tax, finance, corporate, and planning (UK and international)
- Contribute to development transactions where relevant
Key requirements
- Proven transactional background in real estate
- Asset management experience preferred
- Experience with investment-based disposals and acquisitions, including corporate share acquisitions
- Experience drafting and negotiating commercial real estate documents
- Due diligence experience including title certificates/reports
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams domestically and internationally
- Understanding of development transactions is useful but not essential
