You will mentor junior colleagues and help develop new client relationships, contributing to the firm’s reputation and growth. Responsibilities

  • Manage client projects to ensure profitability, quality and strong relationships
  • Ensure timely delivery to high quality standards across transactions
  • Stay updated on legal developments and attend training
  • Develop and strengthen client relationships and new business opportunities
  • Lead and mentor junior team members and share knowledge
  • Manage an independent case load while contributing to the team
  • Contribute to the firm’s reputation and business plan understanding
  • Participate in the firm’s Responsible Business program

Key requirements

  • 5–9 years PQE (or equivalent) in transactional real estate and real estate finance
  • Experience at leading City or regional firm preferred
  • Strong academic background with minimum 2.1 degree
  • Excellent written communication and drafting skills
  • Strong technical skills and client-facing ability
  • Ability to build relationships and manage an independent caseload within a team
