Head of Compliance & UK Regulatory Strategy (FCA)

BJAK is seeking a Head of Compliance – SMF16 to lead regulatory strategy, risk governance, and compliance operations for our UK market entry. This build role creates frameworks, policies, and controls from scratch and serves as the primary FCA contact.

The role demands deep UK regulatory knowledge, 8+ years in compliance, and the ability to design scalable compliance programs across digital platforms and insurance products. London hybrid work is offered.
