In this Implementation Consultant role, you will bridge technology and business needs for a leading fintech client. You’ll manage projects, drive technical implementations, and diagnose issues across data, applications, and databases. You’ll conduct in-depth product research and engage in some pre-sales and documentation work within a professional services context. Responsibilities

• Project management within client engagements
• Technical implementation and delivery of software solutions
• Investigating and resolving queries across data, application, and database areas
• In-depth technical research of software products and issue reproduction/escalation to product owners
• Some pre-sales support and documentation work
• General professional services activities

Key requirements

• Background in technical consultancy or implementation
• Experience with web applications
• Degree with a technology or science focus
• SQL and RDBMS proficiency
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
• ITIL ideally
