Junior Software Developer (C# / WinForms)Alcester | £28,000-£32,000 | Full-time, office based
We’re recruiting for a small software company that develops systems used in agriculture and other industrial settings. Its applications help customers weigh and track stock, collect information from equipment and produce reports.
This is a hands‑on role working on existing desktop software and new features. You’ll write and debug C# WinForms applications, work with SQL Server, help investigate customer issues and develop reports. You’ll receive training on the company’s specialist systems from experienced developers.
We’re looking for someone with:
- Commercial experience developing software in C# and WinForms
- A working knowledge of SQL Server and SQL queries
- A practical approach to troubleshooting and a willingness to learn
- A full UK driving licence for occasional customer site visits
Experience with SSRS, industrial systems or connecting software to hardware would be useful, but you don’t need to have worked in these sectors before.
The role is office based in Alcester, so please consider the daily commute before applying. You need to have a full driving licence.
