Overview

In this role you drive installation, commissioning, servicing and fault-finding for split systems and chilled water across high-end residential projects in the UK, with a focus around London. You take ownership of on-site work, coordinate your workload and provide leadership where needed. The position offers international travel and a clear path into Project Management as the department grows. You work with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable HVAC solutions and help shape an expanding engineering function.

Responsibilities

  • Install, commission, service and fault-find on split systems and chilled water cooling systems
  • Take ownership of projects on site and manage your own workload
  • Provide leadership and on-site supervision
  • Coordinate nationwide project work and occasional international travel
  • Maintain strong customer communication and service quality
  • Support development of an in-house engineering function
  • Opportunity for progression into Project Management

Key requirements

  • Strong background in refrigeration and/or air conditioning
  • Experience with split systems or similar HVAC equipment
  • Previous supervisory or management experience
  • Installation, commissioning, service and fault-finding experience
  • F-Gas qualification
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Willingness to travel nationwide and overseas
  • Ability to work independently and manage on-site works
  • Customer-facing and communication skills
  • Leadership and team coordination
