GXO is hiring a Transport Shift Manager for our B&Q operation in Branston. You will lead a team of drivers, oversee daily deliveries and collections, and ensure safety, compliance and on-time service. This full-time role runs on an any 5 from 7 shift, with rotating hours 05:30–14:00 and 13:30–22:00.
