Early Years Outreach & Family Support Worker

Barnet Council invites applications for a role in its Child and Family Early Help Service. You will support children aged 0–5 and their families, delivering early years focused family support and outreach to promote learning, development, wellbeing and school readiness.

The post works with diverse services including voluntary organisations, health and SEND services, aiming to reduce inequalities and improve GLD outcomes through collaborative practice.
