Design Engineer

Overview

In this role you will contribute to developing high-reliability RF communication hardware. You will work within an engineering team to translate product needs into RF and PCB designs, validate through prototyping and testing, and collaborate across production and support teams. You’ll learn from peers while shaping robust electrical solutions for complex systems. This is a hands-on role with meaningful impact on product quality and performance.

Responsibilities

• Define product and design specifications with stakeholders
• Create schematics, PCB layouts, and RF designs using standard tools
• Develop and execute test plans for prototypes and final products
• Debug and validate hardware using test equipment
• Collaborate with mechanical, manufacturing, and test teams for integration
• Maintain technical documentation
• Support production, customers, and field teams with technical queries

Key requirements

• Degree in Electronic Engineering or related discipline or equivalent experience
• Proficiency with electronic design tools and PCB layout systems
• Experience with test equipment, prototyping, and fault finding to component level
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
