Senior Legal Entity Controller — Global Finance & SOX Lead

Marex Group plc is seeking a senior member for the Legal Entity Control (LEC) team to ensure the integrity of financial information across entities and support FP&A, Regulatory, Product Control, Treasury and tax.

You will lead month-end processes, prepare statutory notes, manage intercompany reconciliations, and assist with new acquisitions and SOX controls. The role includes line management and ensuring FCA/ AMF/ MAS and other regulators’ requirements are met.
