We are looking for a proactive, organised and reliable Housing & Support Worker to join our team.
This is a hands-on role combining housing-related support, resident support and accommodation oversight.
You will work directly with residents, helping them maintain their accommodation, access the support and benefits they are entitled to, develop independent living skills and work towards suitable move-on accommodation.
The role also requires regular visits to our supported accommodation properties to ensure residents are engaging with their support and any housing, maintenance or accommodation concerns are identified and reported promptly.
