Overview
As Programme Manager you will oversee administrative management of Dentistry, Oral & Craniofacial Sciences programmes, ensuring timely delivery across undergraduate and postgraduate provision. You will lead assessment delivery and advise on policy, working with students, academics and professional services to improve quality and consistency. The role sits within Education Operations and may involve line management in the future. This is a full-time, indefinite contract at King’s College London, located at Guy’s campus.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage assessment activity across the lifecycle (planning to awards)
- Drive functional leadership for assessment delivery and specialist advice
- Coordinate timetabling, clinical scheduling, and data management
- Support policy implementation, process changes and training
- Ensure accurate, secure records and risk management
- Provide escalation point for complex assessment cases
- Collaborate with students, academics, and professional services to improve services
- Oversee development of processes to standardise and improve assessment delivery
Key requirements
- Substantial experience coordinating and delivering complex assessment processes in higher education
- Strong knowledge of higher-education assessment regulations, policies and QA
- Experience of leading or coordinating teams and standardising processes
- Ability to manage complex, time-critical activities with multiple programmes and stakeholders
- Data analysis and evidence-based decision-making能力
