Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of complex claimant PI matters, including fatal accident claims and vulnerable-individual cases
• Handle high-value, multi-track cases with independence while collaborating with senior partners
• Supervise and mentor junior team members
• Contribute to wider team strategy, growth, and business development initiatives
• Develop and maintain client and referrer relationships

Key requirements

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 6+ PQE
• Significant experience in Personal Injury, particularly fatal RTA claims
• Strong technical ability and commercial awareness
• Confidence in managing complex, high-value cases independently
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Proven interest or track record in business development
• Mentoring/supervisory experience is desirable
