NHS Hard FM Service Manager – Bristol Hospital Lead

Rydon Maintenance is recruiting an experienced Hard FM Service Manager to oversee in-house engineers on an NHS hospital contract in Bristol. You will ensure reactive and planned maintenance meet SLA/KPI targets and manage specialist subcontracted work when needed.

You will drive compliance with health & safety regulations, support service improvements, and balance cost efficiency while maintaining service quality on site.
