Overview
In London, you will partner with corporate lawyers to identify needs and shape technology-enabled solutions, including GenAI adoption for complex use cases. You’ll drive innovations that improve client and lawyer experiences and help design future-ready delivery models. Working across the IDT group and with stakeholders, you’ll translate opportunities into tangible initiatives and lead change that scales. This is a collaborative, impact-driven role at a global law firm with a clear focus on transformation and client value.

Responsibilities
- Act as a business partner to corporate lawyers and partners to understand client priorities and commercial drivers
- Build client relationships to identify challenges and propose technology-enabled solutions
- Represent the IDT team in client conversations and proposals
- Identify opportunities to improve service delivery through process change, technology adoption, automation, and new delivery models
- Assess commercial impact and prepare investment cases
- Translate needs into defined requirements for IDT teams
- Lead GenAI adoption efforts and support complex GenAI use cases
- Coach and guide lawyers on technology-enabled delivery; deliver GenAI training
- Work with IDT and cross-functional colleagues to shape and deliver solutions
- Support pilots, proofs of concept, and wider roll-outs; track progress and report to stakeholders
- Help Corporate teams adopt scalable, efficient operating models and new delivery structures
- Integrate support teams, including the Newcastle Office where appropriate
- Coach and mentor junior colleagues on change and technology-enabled delivery
Key requirements
- 4+ years PQE in a major Corporate transactional practice
- Experience leading improvement or change projects
- Strong understanding of GenAI tools and adoption
- Knowledge of Legal Technology market and available tools
- Ability to learn new tools quickly
- Understanding of Agile and SCRUM delivery methodology
- Experience presenting to diverse audiences
- Experience using statistics and data to support advocacy
