Associate Case Processing Manager (Line Management position)

Overview

In this Team Leader role, you manage the ICSR management team for designated projects within our pharmacovigilance services. You ensure effective task distribution, oversee workflow, and maintain strong client collaboration to deliver compliant ICSR activities. You will also contribute to process improvements and act as a subject matter expert in ICSR processing and quality checks. This role offers global scope and the chance to shape safety data interpretation for client programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the ICSR management team for selected projects
• Distribute tasks and oversee workflow across the team
• Coordinate with clients on ICSR activities to ensure alignment
• Line-manage ICSR staff and support development
• Create and monitor project-specific KPIs for ICSR activities
• Propose and implement process improvements
• Oversee ICSR deviations with Operational Lead
• Participate in ICSR processing and 2nd QC of cases
• Serve as SME and support other SMEs
• Review trackers and timesheet data for accuracy

Key requirements

• Life science-related qualification or healthcare experience in pharmacovigilance
• Extensive PV experience with a track record in line management
• Excellent written and verbal communication
