Project Planner

Overview

In this Planner role, you will own end-to-end project planning for high-value construction schemes, ensuring schedules meet client objectives and drive project delivery. You will work with cross-functional teams and liaise with clients, contractors, and vendors to build and maintain master project schedules. You will apply Primavera P6 and data reporting to track progress, analyze risks, and surface corrective actions. This is a hands-on, client-facing position that supports the delivery of complex programs and fosters schedule integrity. You will join a collaborative, growth-focused team aligned to Turner & Townsend’s ambitious 2025 vision.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead planning sessions with clients and vendors to establish baselines and critical path
• Develop and maintain detailed construction programs using Primavera P6 and Tableau for multi-project environments
• Interface with project managers, construction firms and subcontractors to maintain schedule integrity
• Provide schedule performance tracking and regular progress reporting for client needs
• Analyze deviations from baseline to identify bottlenecks and propose corrective actions
• Produce 1-, 3-, 6-month look-ahead schedules and perform schedule risk and critical path analyses
• Prepare integrated planning contributions to monthly project reports and client presentations
• Coordinate multiple sources of schedule inputs into a master schedule platform
• Support implementation of planning strategies, procedures, and responsibilities across roles

Key requirements

• Advanced skills in MS Office and Primavera P6
