The role of the Contracts Manager – Construction will involve:

• Contracts Manager overseeing a high-quality range of broad new build and refurbishment projects, covering industrial, commercial, civil and residential sectors (works can but not limited to; structural works, building envelope systems, flooring, M&E and drainage)
• Planning and programming projects to meet detailed schedules and contractual requirements
