QA Shift Lead – Food Safety & Quality Assurance

The Princes Group is seeking a QA shift lead who will partner with the Site QA Manager to manage QA, Lab, and Raw Material teams on a 6am–6pm 4 on/4 off pattern at the Wisbech site in the United Kingdom. The role emphasizes food safety, quality, and a strong quality culture across daily operations.

You will deliver internal audits, manage sample handling, and drive improvements to GMP, SOPs, and training, ensuring compliance with customer COPs and site policies.
