Night-Shift Store Associate — Customer Experience

Sainsbury’s are seeking a Customer Assistant to support night operations in our Rugby store. You will help prepare shelves, move stock, and keep the shop floor tidy, with a focus on fast, accurate service and a positive customer experience.

Role involves working across store areas, including chilled and frozen sections, using handheld devices and systems, and joining other team members to cover checkouts after training. Night shifts carry a premium and require energy and resilience.
