Customer Services Advisor Hereford Hospital | Sales and Business Development | Permanent Contract | Full Time | £25,038.00 per annum 37.5 hours per week

What matters is that you have both the confidence and empathy to provide excellent customer care to all sorts of people. As a Customer Services Advisor at our Hereford Hospital you’ll bring great communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone. You’re flexible, motivated and you show plenty of initiative. You also have basic computer skills, including Word and Excel.
Responsibilities
- To handle customer enquiries (both telephone and internet), supplying potential customers with information about the services offered at the hospital including providing procedure quotations & nurturing the patients pathway.
- To support the Hospital Bookings Teams to ensure that customer requirements/queries are effectively dealt with.
- To introduce new processes to improve customer advise and service, as required.
- To support the definition, development, communication and implementation of business development and marketing plans and activities.
- To provide advice and guidance to other team members and the wider hospital.
- To develop constructive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- To promote the Nuffield Health brand consistently across all stakeholders, supporting the implementation of national brand values and guidelines.
