Snr Manager Supply Chain

Overview

In this role, you lead a multi-disciplinary supply chain team at a high-volume, 24/7 manufacturing site to optimize raw, WIP and finished goods availability. You will apply Danaher Business System methods to forecast, plan, source, and schedule operations, aiming to improve safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and productivity. The position sits on the Site Leadership team, partnering with peers to drive operational performance and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll tackle critical supply risks and enable on-time customer fulfillment in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Optimize Supply Chain KPIs (OTD, Past Due, Inventory, Material Availability, Warehouse performance) using DBS tools.
• Maintain Master Plan from S&OP monthly process and incorporate live Sales data to drive MRP for all SKUs.
• Develop relationships with upstream suppliers and downstream partners to improve performance.
• Organize and mentor the supply chain team with strong leadership and coaching.
• Lead site-wide supply chain initiatives using DBS tools, collaborating with on-site and central functions.
• Ensure efficient operation of Warehouse facilities and material flow, optimizing working capital with DBS.
• Oversee FG material flow through sterilization, holding/release and distribution to regional centers.
• Foster cross-functional communication between Supply Chain and Operations to meet customer plans.
• Proactively solve supply risks linked to raw materials, manufacturing execution, and FG distribution.
• Travel up to 25% as required.

Key requirements

• Seven years of progressive Operations or Supply Chain leadership in a high-volume manufacturing environment (life sciences or regulated industry preferred).
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to operate in a multi-tasking, dynamic environment with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to energize and influence at all organizational levels; inspirational leadership.
• Experience with DBS or similar continuous improvement frameworks is a plus.
