Community Mental Health Social Worker – Impact & Growth

Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Social Worker to join the Adult Community Mental Health Services Team in North Hertfordshire. You will provide care for people with mental health challenges, working in a community setting and contributing to high standards of care and service delivery.

Registration with Social Work England is required. Prepared to pursue AMHP training if not already an AMHP; existing AMHPs will be on the countywide AMHP rota.
